Design and develop an industrial curriculum for the Sheet Metal Worker’s Union from the ground up.

Developed 7 modules of instructional material which included an interactive DVD, 500+ page full-color student manual, workbook, and 500+ page full-color instructor’s guide. DVD development utilized Flash, audio, and video technologies. Worked closely with ITI subject matter experts to design an accurate training curriculum.
